Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Trauma Rock Stars™ LLC are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on July 7, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
There are two free methods of entry. Only one entry per person regardless of method. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Method 1 — Newsletter Subscription
Visit traumarockstars.com/#newsletter and subscribe to the Trauma Rock Stars™ newsletter during the entry period. Your subscription constitutes your entry.
If you are already subscribed, you are automatically entered — no additional action required.
Method 2 — Email Entry
Send an email to podcast@traumarockstars.com with the subject line: "Anniversary Giveaway Entry"
Include your full name and email address in the body of the email.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entering does not require any payment, subscription fee, or financial commitment of any kind.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary enrollment in the Backstage Pass™ 90-Day Program by Trauma Rock Stars™ LLC.
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the prize.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on or around August 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be announced publicly on Trauma Rock Stars™ social media platforms and podcast. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Trauma Rock Stars™ LLC from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.
